“I will work with Abhishek only! “Says Aishwarya

Looks like the yummy mummy of Bollywood is all set to start her new innings after her motherhood, But only on one condition!

That is, her co-actor should be her own husband.

The former Miss World gave birth to a baby little girl last year on 16th of November. Her daughter became quite popular by the name of "Beti B" with Ash’s fans and the media, since the couple took over four months to name their daughter. The baby girl was finally named as Aaradhya Bachchan in March 2012. Much was talked about Aishwarya’s weight gain after pregnancy. But she did not pay heed to any of the criticisms.

This is the first time Aishwarya has expressed her interest to comeback to movies after her pregnancy.

She infamously left film maker, Madhur Bhandarkar’s film ‘Heroine’ because of the same reason. It was said that the shooting had already begun and the production team even including Aish had been to Cannes for its promotion. Madhur Bhandharkar even publicly accused Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for her unprofessional behaviour. Aishwarya however maintained stoic silence. Even Father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan intervened and asked Madhur to stop venting his anger towards media and supported his daughter-in-law. Later Kareena Kapoor stepped into her place as the lead role.

Days went by, everything was forgotten. Kareena is happy for finally grabbing the role and is excited since her movie is all set to release on September 21.  While Aish is busy with pampering her baby and enjoying every moment with her little one.

Now that Aaradhya is almost going to be one-year old, Mom Aishawarya is planning to return to movies. She is even ready to read the scripts for the same. But buzz is that even though she likes the scripts she is still refusing them! Why?? Because she has a condition that she will only work with hubby Abhishek Bachchan.  According to rumours, she has turned down many good offers from well known filmmakers because of her clause!

Compared to Aish’s successful film career Abhishek’s career never exactly took off... He was hardly visible in any films after ‘Paa’. Most of his films either bombed at the box-office or went unnoticed. Recently his performance in his movie ‘Bol Bachchan’ was well acclaimed. So Aish our advice for you is to better stop giving conditions to your producers or even you will be left with minimal offers like your husband!

SRK & Farah meet Aaradhya

Buzz is that Shah Rukh recently paid a visit to the Bachchan house to meet Beti B a.k.a Aaradhya Bachchan.

Little Aaradhya was a celebrity even before she was born. One of the first people to meet her was Oprah Winfrey and now its Shah Rukh Khan. Shah Rukh Khan drove down to Jalsa on Wednesday night to meet the seven month old Aaradhya.

A source said that, "Actually Farah Khan had come to meet Abhishek at Jalsa. Around the same time, Shah Rukh Khan was incidentally at Hrithik Roshan's pad, which is a stone's throw away. Since Shah Rukh had only congratulated the parents and not seen the baby, he drove down to meet her."

The source added that, Shah Rukh Khan did not stop at just seeing the child, he went ahead and spent some time playing with Aaradhya for a while before moving to the conference room with Farah and Abhishek. This meeting however went on longer than the one with Aaradhya."

The discussion between Shah Rukh, Farah Khan and Abhishek went on till 1.30 am.

Earlier, Shah Rukh had given Abhishek and Aishwarya parenting tips when Abhishek Bachchan broke the news of Aishwarya’s pregnancy on Twitter. 

Shah Rukh's visit also tells proves that all is well between him and Abhishek, despite rumours that things aren't fine between Shah Rukh Khan and the Bachchan's.

A source said that, "SRK and Abhishek have been very cordial both professionally and personally. They have worked together in Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. SRK has also worked with Aishwarya a couple of times. In fact when Amitabh Bachchan announced Aishwarya's pregnancy, SRK had tweeted his support to Abhishek in case the latter needed tips on parenting."

Little Aaradhya is seven months and till now we havn't got a chance to see a glimpse of the little celebrity.

Aishwarya to be seen in a Hollywood movie

According to the latest reports Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who has been busy all this while with her little pink bundle Aaradhya will soon be seen in a Hollywood film.

The Hollywood film will star actor Billy Zane. Billy Zane is the one who played Kate Winslet’s fiancé in Titanic.

A source said that, “Ash has been approached by director Daniel Silva for his upcoming film that also stars Billy Zane, TV actress Sarah Khan and singer Lucky Ali.”

TV actress Sarah Khan confirmed the story and says, “I have signed the film. I have been told the makers have approached Ash. We will start shooting in Los Angeles from September 13. It’s a thriller film and I am playing Billy’s wife.”

Post pregnancy the actress has not signed any Bollywood movie. It is being said that Aishwarya is working hard to loose her post pregnancy weight for this film.

Back in 2009, there were reports of Bipasha doing Chimera, a paranormal thriller. She later developed cold feet over doing steamy scenes with Billy, the Titanic star.

Aishwarya Rai last worked in the movie Guzaarish in the year 2010. She had barely started filming for Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine when news of her pregnancy led to her being dropped.

It seems as if Aishwarya will be making her come back with a Hollywood movie and not Bollywood one.

Abhishek mobbed by girls - Gets out clean!

Abhishek Bachchan who is busy with his schedule has been handling all those genres which hasn't been touched by him in a long time. The latest waiting on release is the comedy flick 'Bol Bachchan' which handles the comedy in a different track, being the remake of an yester year flick 'Golmaal' the movie still provides plenty of new experiences. 

“The movie had far too many draws for me. Working with Rohit (Shetty) and AJ (Ajay Devgn) ; trying a different brand of comedy; the role itself, everything’s exciting,” says the actor, as he talks about what drew him to the film.

Abhishek also plays in a dual role in the movie, but this isn't a double role as per the actor and its two different situations of the character.  Abhishek says that he’s not moulded it on Amol Palekar of the original Golmaal at all.

“It’s the concept that’s inspired by the film, not characters, so it’s going to be a different take altogether,” he adds about his roles in the situational comedy.

The actor also insists that having worked with both Rohit and Ajay earlier too, it was great fun on the sets. “Working with AJ is always a pleasure. He’s a fantastic actor,” says Abhishek of his co-star. With his current schedule he has a short time to spend with his family and the actor do miss his daughter back home. 

 “Sure I do, like any other dad, but then work is important too and not interchangeable,” adds Abhishek. As for life changing after fatherhood, the actor says that it’s changed but not taken a 360 degree turn for sure. “I still come back home to my family and look forward to it, and now I have one more person waiting for me. Also yes, the responsibilities have shot up as I am now responsible for Aaradhya too,” he explains.

Recently on promotions, Abhishek was mobbed by a group of female fans who were asking for photographs and autographs. But as time went on the questions went too personal, but as per sources, Abhishek was game for it and handled the questions on his family and wife quite sensibly and evaded a controversy!

Aishwariya might be tardy on return

That is how it looks, Aishwariya Rai Bachchan is one celebrity mom who is still enjoying the pleasures of being a mother, and at no point does she mention her plans about the return to movies. The tardiness has come out of her love for the dear daughter Aaradhya. As any mother she is happy about the comments that was received for her baby doll and she just feels that she hasn't given enough time for the daughter. The actress was earlier rumored that she is busy signing up endorsement deals and is also on a gym schedule, eager to return back to movies.

Aishwariya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan was at London attending a diabetes charity dinner,  a Leicester-based charity founded by British MP Keith Vez. The couple took up the opportunity to open up about their family life and daughter. Aishwariya was found happy at the occasion and she says that she enjoys the family life like everyone and also handles the pressures like any other women. Although she confessed that it was tough for her to manage her career and daughter at the same moment, due to the demanding nature of films. Abhishek on the other hand was sorry that he couldn't find enough time to spend with his daughter as it was all Aishwariya through these months.

Aishwariya Rai also rubbished the claims that she was busy on a endorsement deal and gym schedule. She says that she hasn't really given a good thought about this yet. She also wondered how these rumors got there in first place. Also she said that she has been able to perform as per her wish through these years and there doesn't seem to be any dream roles that she would like to perform or which drives her back to work.

So that is Aishwariya Rai, the beautiful mom!

Aishwarya with Aaradhya

Finally actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made her first public appearence with her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan. 

Aishwarya who attended the Cannes Film festival reached Mumbai on Friday and was spotted with the little one at Chatrapati Shivaji International airport. And like always even this time Aishwarya was successful in keeping the little one away from the media.  

Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan received Aishwarya and their six month old grand daughter Aaradhya at the airport. Abhishek went inside the airport to receive both of them while Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan were waiting outside in the car.

Aishwarya walked out of the common exit instead of the VIP exit. Aishwarya's security was not allowing the media to go close enough to click her daughter’s photos. 

A source said that, "Abhishek suddenly got angry when one camera person almost came in Aishwarya's way. He asked the man to be careful." Even Amitabh Bachchan, who was in the driver’s seat, was seen losing his cool too, when a few photographers in their attempt to capture a close-up of Baby B blocked the car’s path.

Aaradhya, was born on November 16, 2011 and till date the Bachchans have been quite successful in keeping the little one away from the harsh glance of the media.

Aishwarya's red-carpet appearance at Cannes got words of praise from film fraternity as well as media. She looked stunning in Abu Jani creations.

A thinner ASH at Cannes

The 65th International Cannes Film Fetival was Aishwarya Rai's first red carpet outing after the birth of Aaradhya Bachchan and she rocked the red carpet.

Aishwarya was rarely seen after the birth of Aaradhya. She had made very few appearances one at a high profile party at the residence of Nita and Mukesh Ambani, in March this year and the wedding reception of Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh. After which there was an online debate about her post pregnancy weight.

At the Cannes film festival she was to be dressed by Jaya Bachchan's favorite designers Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla. Her first outfit in the French Riviera was a boho-chic maxidress by little known Australian designer Angelo Katsapis. Her second outfit at Cannes was her first by Abu-Sandeep, a cream chikankari sari with an underwhelming jacket that took the place of a sari. Her third outfit was a Roberto Cavalli caftan. And the fourth was the most surprising of the lot - a spangly, dark grey Elie Saab gown.

Aishwarya confirmed that her daughter Aaradhya is accompanying her, but is not there at the event.

On the first day when asked about Aaradhya she said, "It's splendid, it's inescapable...the bliss is just wonderful. A smile from my daughter and thats it."

She added that, "She is good, she is great and she is taking a nap right now. I've actually made her go to sleep and only then it's been easy to come here. It's nap time for her."

On day two she said that, "The baby's here in Cannes, but not with me tonight, she's doing well. I can't complain about being busy with the baby because hectic is always being redefined in my life.It was easy to come tonight because I'm not making any films."

This is Aishwarya's 11th year at the International Cannes Film Festiival as the brand ambassador of L'Oreal brand.

Aishwarya won't be seen in Sarkar 3

Director Ram Gopal Varma has begun with his work on Sarkar 3. And he said that Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan will continue with their roles and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan would not be a part of the cast.

Ram Gopal Varma tweeted, "Sarkar 3 is being planned..Amitji nd Abhishek wil feature in it bt contrary 2 reprts Aishwarya won't be..script is still under progress."

The first part of Sarkar was released in the year 2005, the film was a homage to Coppola's 1972 American film The Godfather. The film's sequel, Sarkar Raj, was released on 6 June 2008.The primary cast features three members of the Bachchan family - Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, who reprise their roles from the original, and new entrant Aishwarya Rai. Supriya Pathak, Tanisha Mukherjee and Ravi Kale also reappeared in their respective roles from Sarkar. 

There were rumours that Aishwarya Rai would return to films post-pregnancy break with Sarkar 3 but it seems that she is still busy with her little daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan.

Ram Gopal Varma is currently busy with his upcoming release Department. The film stars Amitabh Bacchan, Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati in lead roles. The film was shot using several Canon EOS 5D cameras. Madhushalini will be making her debut in bollywood with the movie Department. Nathalia Kaur will also be seen doing an item song 'Dan Dan' in the movie.

Beti B did not make an appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s show

Beti B did not make an appearance on Oprah Winfrey’s new talk show, The Next Chapter.

There was a huge buzz that Oprah Winfrey might be the one to introduce Aaradhya Bachchan aka Beti B to the world on her new talk show 'The Next Chapter' and that Beti B's name would be revealed on the show, but nothing of that sort happened.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, made a quick entry and an even quicker exit from Oprah Winfrey's new talk show, they were hardly featured on the show.

The Next Chapter did not even mention about their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan at the show. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan did not even share the pictures of their little daughter.

A source who watched the show telecasted in United States said that, “Aishwarya and Abhishek were barely featured, no mention of the baby’s name and no shot of the baby.”

Oprah tweeted a picture of her India visit, with Abhishek and her helping Aishwarya step down, and Amitabh Bachchan in the background. 

It seems as if all those who desperately wanted to see Amitabh Bachchan's grand daughter will have to wait even more just to get a glance of Beti B.

Did Aaradhya visit Dubai ?

Few days back it was said that Aaradhya Bachchan would make her first trip abroad. The little one had taken her first flight to Goa in the month of February for a three day holiday with her parents. 

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan made a two-day trip to Dubai. A source said, "Ash had gone there for a brand event, which took place at the Dubai World Cup, one of the fanciest horse race events in the world. 

Ash and the baby took the flight along with her mother Vrinda, the baby's nanny and her PR manager." and added, "The brand people booked a private suite for Ash and her entourage. When she is at the event, the baby will be looked after by her grandmother and nanny. It was a commitment made by Ash a while ago, so she didn't want to back out."

"Also, she is still nursing Aaradhya, who is nearly five months old. The trip was planned well in advance to get the baby's passport in order. Since this is the first time Aaradhya is travelling abroad, all necessary precautions have also been taken."

But did the four months old Beti B actually accompany her ??? She wasn't seen anywhere nor was her Daddy, not even at the event. So, who knows if they brought her along to Dubai.

Aishwarya sparkled on the red carpet for the event in a bright orange outfit with gold accents and gold flats designed by Sabyasachi.

Till now the Bachchans have successfully kept Aaradhya out of spotlight. We wonder when will she be introduced to the entire world.....

Beti B's name: AARADHYA BACHCHAN

Beti B has managed to grab headlines since the day she was born. At first, there were rumors that Beti B's name would be revealed on the Makar Sankranti day. Then there were rumors that the newborn baby was named as Aaliya, then Abhilasha and then it was even said that talk show host Oprah Winfrey would be the one who would introduce Beti B to the whole world on her new talk show, The Next Chapter. And now it seems that finally Beti B daughter of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who was born on November 16, 2011 has a name.

Yes, the four months old Beti B finally has a name- AARADHYA BACHCHAN. Aardhya is a Sanskrit word which means- “one who is worth worshipping.”

When Abhishek Bachchan was asked why no photo or name of Aishwarya’s and his daughter was being released, he said, "I mean, we’ve got a name, and I'll announce it very soon, but in terms of releasing a photograph you know if people see her in everyday life that’s fine by me but I just think releasing the photograph is a very pompous thing to do.”

Beti B Aaradhya's name was registered two days ago. So its well understood that the family did conduct a naming ceremony but they all remained tight lipped not willing to disclose any details about the name or the baby. 

The Bachchans had earlier disclosed about Aishwarya’s pregnancy and Beti B’s birth on a social networking site, so let’s see which medium do they choose this time.
