Wedding Bells For Sreesanth In Midst Of Hassles;Marriage To Be Held At Guruvayoor

Things might have gone topsy-turvy for him on the professional front with numerous controversies and cases, but we are happy that Sreesanth has something to look forward to in his personal life.

The cricketer is all set to tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend Nain, member of a royal family from Rajasthan, on December 12.

A source close to the cricketer says, "Nain is a jewellery designer and she met Sree during a match in Rajasthan about seven years ago. The IPL issues have not affected their relationship and she has been a great support to him all the while."

Apparently, the families had initially planned to hold the wedding after a year, but they later decided not to delay it as they felt it would be good for the cricketer. "He has been prepared for it. Moreover, he needs a change," the source adds.

The wedding will take place at Guruvayur temple in traditional Kerala style, followed by a reception in Kochi in true Rajasthani style, complete with a baraat. The couple is planning to settle down in Kerala post the wedding.

As far as his career is concerned, Sree is waiting to take the next step after the case is closed, the source says.

Saif - Kareena to wed in Delhi & Mumbai – Sharmila Tagore

Much has been talked about Saifeena’s wedding... All are waiting and excited for it to happen. Well if reports are true then both are planning to tie the knot this October.

The marriage is not in Copacabana or Maldives as reported but will be right here in India. According to Sharmila Tagore the wedding will be of two parts one in Delhi and other in Mumbai.

Buzz is that, the Nawaab of Pataudi and Bebo are going to have a royal wedding in Delhi with only close relatives around while they will have a grand affair in Mumbai where all the celebrities will be invited. According to sources, Saifeena are wishing to have their wedding a low key affair.

Before there were rumours that the wedding would take place in Pataudi (Bhopal), the royal territory of the Pataudi family. But the couple as well as Sharmila Tagore rubbished such rumors.

Saif was previously married to Amrita Singh and Kareena was dating actor Shahid Kapoor. Both Saif-Kareena started dating after their movie Tashan. It’s been 5 years and both are still going strong. Let’s see now when this hot couple are going to change their relationship status to married.

Saif - Kareena - Weds in Oct Confirmed - No London

The star duo has been fixing it changing and the cycle has been going on. But now the Mother-in-law of Kareena Kapoor is out to the rescue. She has confirmed that the wedding will take place around October as opposed to the previous rumors of scheduling the wedding towards the end of the year.

Sharmila Tagore, mother of Saif Ali Khan was talking to a tabloid when she confirmed the dates.  Sharmila said that the wedding preparations are going on in full swing and the wedding will take place either in Pataudi or Mumbai. The lady asserts that they want a quiet wedding because of Tiger Pataudi’s death last year. 

Though Saif Ali Khan is busy and wants to renovate Pataudi, Sharmila has warned him: first marriage, and then the décor. “I am giving a warning to Saif. I am confirming that the wedding will take place on October 16,” Sharmila Tagore is quoted as saying. 

Although the ceremony on the 16th of October will still be a registered marriage and the Nikah is said to be delayed further. Saif is eager to wed in Pataudi, but Kareena Kapoor’s parents want the marriage to take place in Mumbai. Now, the final call will be from Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor. Saif’s mom said that he will decide the wedding venue.

Speculations are also rife about Kareena Kapoor wearing Sharmila’s wedding attire. To which Sharmila says, that it’s true that Kareena will wear the royal dress and jewellery worn by her, but there is lot of work to be done still.

Earlier this week Saif said that he will marry Kareena by the year end, but the date is not fixed. It seems mommy dear has already decided when the marriage is.

When asked if the wedding will be solemnised as per Hindu rituals or a traditional nikaah, Saif said, "It is a very private thing... I don't want to talk about it". Dismissing the buzz that the ceremony will not take place in India and the venue may be shifted to London, Saif said, "The wedding is not happening in London for sure. Rest all details about the wedding I can't talk as it is our private matter. It is personal".

Both Kareena and Saif are adjusting their schedule to match the wedding and trips there after and the recent event of walking out of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's movie was just for the same cause.

Esha's grand reception

Actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini hosted a grand reception for their daughter and new son-in-law in Mumbai on Saturday night.

Esha married fiance Bharat Takthani on Friday 29th June, 2012 in a traditional south Indian style wedding.

The reception was held on 30th June, 2012. It was a European style reception with celestial white decor, that translated into the use of crystals and over one lakh white roses. The grand reception was held at a suburban five star hotel. Esha looked stunning in the outfit she clad which was designed by Rocky S, a quaint rose pink corset teamed with Swarovski studded mermaid style lehenga in matching hues. The groom Bharat Takhtani was donned in a black suit with a white shirt designed by Simone. 

Dharmendra said that, "I am very happy that my daughter has got married and it is her reception today. I have got a very nice son-in-law."

Hema Malini, who was looking gorgeous in a cream emroidered sari which was designed by designer Neeta Lulla.

More than 1000 people, including politicians, corporate personalities and the Bollywood celebs like veteran actors Dilip Kumar, Saira Banu, Jeetendra with wife Shobha Kapoor and son Tushar Kapoor, Sanjay Khan, new Rajya Sabha MP Rekha, and Zeenat Aman. A little younger group included stars like Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit with her hubby Dr. Nene, Sushmita Sen, Tabu, Kajol, Tanuja, Tanisha, Mandira Bedi, Anupam Kher, Fardeen Khan Zayed Khan and Sridevi with Bobby Kapoor. Salman Khan, who had taken charge of Esha's wedding celebrations, was also present. 

Actress Saira Banu, who was wearing an orange sari, said that, "We are very happy for Esha and Bharat. We wish them good luck and this is going to be very happy for them."

While Bollywood celebs started arriving after 10 pm, the earlier part of the evening saw political biggies arriving to bless the couple.

From the political gang senior BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj, Ravi Shankar Prasad, Raj Thackeray, Sushma Swaraj, LK Advani, Uddhav Thackeray, Amar Singh, Sushil Kumar Shinde, Narayan Rani, Suresh Kalmadi and many others were present.

Hema Malini's younger daughter Ahaana was spotted sporadically with her friends.

Inside the main venue, a separate passageway was made to take VIP guests straight to the stage. While Dharmendra dutifully carried out his responsibilities as the father of the bride, guests just couldn't resist shaking hands with him, and posing for pictures with him.

In between meeting guests, Esha was seen jiggying to the live music there. Unfortunately, it seems that with the sheer number of guests waiting to meet them, Bharat and Esha couldn't manage to hit the dance floor.

Esha Deol all set to tie the knot

India Violet brings you all the details of this year's second Big Fat Indian Wedding of Bollywood. Esha Deol and Bharat Thaknani's four day Royal wedding starts with the Sangeet on 25th June followed by the Mehandi ceremony on 28th June, wedding on 29th June and finally the grand wedding reception which will be held on 30th June.

Sangeet

The Sangeet function will be Red and Black Disco themed. It will be held at a five star hotel in Mumbai. Esha will be seen wearing a red-orange-indigo ghaghra choli which will be designed by Rocky S. It will be an intimate celebration with about 200 guests in attendance.

Mehendi

The Mehandi ceremony will be held on 28th June, 2012 at Hema Malini's Juhu residence. Around 150 guest (women) from B-Town will be present. Popular mehendi artist Veena and her team will design Esha and Bharat's mehendi, after which Bharat will give Esha gold bangles. In the evening, there will be a mehendi party at a suburban club. Esha will wear a mango-coloured lehenga-choli designed by Neeta Lulla, while Bharat will wear a yellow and brown sherwani with a waistcoat. 

Wedding

The wedding will be on 29th June 2012. Esha will tie the knot at Iskcon temple in Juhu. Esha will be dressed in a red and gold silk kanjeevaram saree while the groom will be seen in a white sherwani with gold zariwork. Only family members and close friends will be present for the wedding.

Reception

The reception will be held on 30th June, 2012. It will be a European style reception with celestial white decor. It will be held at a suburban five star hotel. The wedding invitation for the Royal wedding

There are separate invitations for every function which includes the sangeet, mehendi, wedding and reception.  The wedding invitation for the Royal wedding comes in a golden box with the initials 'E' and 'B' intertwined on the cover. It is a beautuful golden ensemble and is neither too flashy, nor too subtle. All the invitations are placed in this exquisite golden and cream colored re-usable box.

The wedding card has been designed by Mumbai's famous invitation card maker Multi Creation. Mr. Kamlesh, the designer was approached by Esha and Bharat and after a lot of discussions they made up their mind for this classic invitation box. The card has various leaflets with lovely Radha & Krishna paintings as the couple are devotees of Radha & Krishna, a paper bag, a leaflet with invitation and a box wih grooves for sweets/ chocolates or dry fruits.

The box also contains moti choor ladoos which are made of pure ghee and dry fruits. It is said that the moti choor ladoos are specially selected by Esha's fiance Bharat. The box also contains a Radha-Krishna painting that the couple sourced from an American painter. Esha and Bharat wanted a Lotus to be engraved in their wedding card. So their box was designed with an Om and Swastik along with gold plated initials of Esha and Bharat.

Saif you are under scanner - Kareena Kapoor!

We had told you that there is a chance that Kareena would fly to the sets of Race 2 when her schedule with 'Heroine' completes, but at the time, Kareena's manager had strongly denied the news but it has happened! (click here for the old news) The latest sighting was done at Turkey when Saif and Deepika was surprised by Bebo's visit to the sets. The crew was however excited to see the actress. Kareena Kapoor, who recently finished shooting for 'Heroine', Madhur Bhandarkar's dream project, was eager to reach back to Saif and meet him.

The surprise however has made news whether the actress is too possessive about Saifu! Especially when his favorite co-star is around, as Saif Ali Khan has already mentioned that he finds Deepika Padukone as his best female co-star, it is a bit natural for Kareena to move in and check how things are.

With the wedding dates fixed (or may be not) it seems that the couple is planning to be close to each other whenever possible. 

The cocktail stars had a party bash when the shooting was over, which could also be a reason! As it said by the source, that as soon as the shooting for the movie 'Cocktail' was finished, the crew was all set to move in for a party bash. But our source also says that Saif Ali Khan did not want to go for party but was forced by Deepika and Diana Penty to go along. A source says "Saif ji did not want to go but Deepika and Diana wanted him to go as they felt that he should be around for their safety!". So that's how agent Vinod is playing in real life!

When contacted, co-producer Dinesh Vijan says "Saif is the wittiest person I know. He is very entertaining on set. In Cocktail too, he plays a mast-maula (fun-loving) character. And he's always there to have fun with his co-stars and friends."

Interestingly, in the film too, the trio (Deepika, Saif and Diana) play close friends. And apparently, director Homi was more than happy with their bonding sessions given that they resulted in very strong chemistry on screen too.

Wedding not planned yet - Kareena

The rumor and reports were high that the long time couple Kareena-Saif will tie a knot after their action flick 'Agent Vinod' gets released, but this is turning out to be a rubbish, as the actress herself says that there are no plans of wedding yet and the duo is currently concentrating on their respective careers.

The movie 'Agent Vinod' is set to be released on March 23 and the reports were there that the couple will get married in the same month. The 31 year old actress told the media "There are no plans of marriage yet. We are just concentrating on the release of the movie and our career now".

She also went ahead that she has done enough with the action movies and 'Agent Vinod' will be the last action movie that she does (Ouch!!). "I am a very romantic person at heart, I am petrified of gun shots and speed. "Agent Vinod" will be my last action film... I won't be doing anymore action movies... I didn't enjoy doing the stunts at all. I like doing romantic films and enjoy the singing and dancing," Kareena said.

Soha Confirms the Royal Wedding!

There has been lot of speculations on dates, both Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor has opted to remain silent but there was definitely a strong rumor on the Royal Wedding (more), but as the dates are closing in, the mystery is slowly unwinding. The news was recently cracked by the Sister-in-law to Kareena Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan!

Speaking to the media the actress and younger sister to Saif said " They (Saif and Bebo) have been together for some time and their relationship has grown. I can hardly wait for their wedding next year, there will be a number of functions and I am excited on what to wear".

The update on wedding is that Ritu Kumar is assigned to design the wedding dress for Kareena Kapoor and  the wedding rings are already ready with the groom!

Saif, who is currently working with the sci-fi movie 'Agent Vinod' which stars him opposite Kareena Kapoor Said "This year we are focusing on movies and next year we will talk about marriage!"

Celina Jaitly Married

elina Jaitly announced on the 27th of August about her wedding that was impending for long. The actress announced the wedding through twitter and she did tweet that:

The actress got married to the Dubai based hotelier Peter Haag. The wedding had happened on the 23rd of last month at a thousand year old monastery in Austria. She also posted the above picture as a memoir for the cherished moment. 

There has been a shower of blessings and the twitter page for Celina is full with good blessings.

Wedding Bells for Saif and Kareena!

After the very long live-in relationship, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor is all set to make this relationship stronger. They are planning to get the engagement ceremony done by February 2012. The news is now hot and it is said that all friends and relatives are already blocking their dates for this grand wedding.

The plan of the couple is to get engaged by Valentine's day of next year and hold their wedding by October 2012, the changes are already made to their schedule according to which the couple will be taking 10 days off during the engagement sessions and a 15 day holiday for wedding. Both are busy actors and they are trying hard to finish up their commitments by mid of 2012 so that they get enough time to free themselves for the grand ceremony.

Another highlight of this event is the fact that Bebo is keen on bringing all her friends for the ceremony which include the all three Khan's of Indian Film Industry, whom she has worked with. There has been only rare moments when these three come in together, this wedding could be special!

The agents confirm that the couple will be giving away the invitations by end of December 2011, and this might also contain the date to the wedding but we have no reports of it yet. The movie 'Agent Vinod' which stars the couple will also be released around the engagement dates, both the actors will have to struggle hard to get these in place. 

Finally the celebration will be royal, chotte Nawab, as Saif is known has a lineage from Royal family and the wedding will surely be as royal as ever!
