Karishma Kapoor’s husband to marry Priya Sachdev

It seems Karisma Kapoor’s struggle to keep her marriage stable doesn’t seem to be working. If rumours are to be believed Sanjay Kapur, Karishma’s husband is said to marry socialtite Priya Sachdev. Priya Sachdev was previously married to American Hotelier Vikram Chatwal.

Karishma married Delhi-based industrialist, Sanjay Kapur, CEO of Sixt India at the R.K. Cottage, where all Kapoor marriages have taken place.

The couple's daughter Samaira was born on 11 March 2005. Soon reports of trouble in their paradise started doing the rounds in the film industry. There were also speculations about a divorce being filed by the two. Karishma and Sanjay made efforts to keep aside their differences for their daughter’s sake and soon patched up.  But some say that it was because Karisma refused to sign the papers since the alimony offered was not what she wanted the couple didn't part ways.

Still news of her estranged marriage kept popping up every now and then. It was also said that her constant problems in her marriage was the main reason of her leaving Delhi and shifting her base to Mumbai again.  But according to some sources the couple was very much together and that her shifting her homes was a decision made by Lolo to pursue her film career. She later gave birth to their second child, son Kiaan Raj Kapoor on 12 March 2010.

Lolo was engaged to Abhishek Bachchan before. The engagement was announced in October 2002 on the 60th birthday of Abhishek's father, Amitabh Bachchan. Four months later in February 2003, they split up. The reason of their break up is still not known.

Until recently, news of Sanjay Kapur moving back with Karishma had surfaced when she was shooting for her comeback movie Dangerous Ishq. It was also believed that they were planning to start afresh with a new life!  Therefore reports of her husband marrying socialite Priya Sachdev came as a shock to everyone. Buzz was that both Priya and Sanjay were seen cozying together at many events and were said to be dating each other since months.

Sanjay Kapur was before married to fashion designer Nandita Mahtani.

The reason for their break-up is Sanjay’s flirty nature and his numerous flings even after his marriage and fatherhood. Sources also say that the industrialist is addicted to alcohol.

We hope Karishma gets the strength to cope up with this and wish her happiness in future.

Saif - Kareena - Weds in Oct Confirmed - No London

The star duo has been fixing it changing and the cycle has been going on. But now the Mother-in-law of Kareena Kapoor is out to the rescue. She has confirmed that the wedding will take place around October as opposed to the previous rumors of scheduling the wedding towards the end of the year.

Sharmila Tagore, mother of Saif Ali Khan was talking to a tabloid when she confirmed the dates.  Sharmila said that the wedding preparations are going on in full swing and the wedding will take place either in Pataudi or Mumbai. The lady asserts that they want a quiet wedding because of Tiger Pataudi’s death last year. 

Though Saif Ali Khan is busy and wants to renovate Pataudi, Sharmila has warned him: first marriage, and then the décor. “I am giving a warning to Saif. I am confirming that the wedding will take place on October 16,” Sharmila Tagore is quoted as saying. 

Although the ceremony on the 16th of October will still be a registered marriage and the Nikah is said to be delayed further. Saif is eager to wed in Pataudi, but Kareena Kapoor’s parents want the marriage to take place in Mumbai. Now, the final call will be from Kareena’s father Randhir Kapoor. Saif’s mom said that he will decide the wedding venue.

Speculations are also rife about Kareena Kapoor wearing Sharmila’s wedding attire. To which Sharmila says, that it’s true that Kareena will wear the royal dress and jewellery worn by her, but there is lot of work to be done still.

Earlier this week Saif said that he will marry Kareena by the year end, but the date is not fixed. It seems mommy dear has already decided when the marriage is.

When asked if the wedding will be solemnised as per Hindu rituals or a traditional nikaah, Saif said, "It is a very private thing... I don't want to talk about it". Dismissing the buzz that the ceremony will not take place in India and the venue may be shifted to London, Saif said, "The wedding is not happening in London for sure. Rest all details about the wedding I can't talk as it is our private matter. It is personal".

Both Kareena and Saif are adjusting their schedule to match the wedding and trips there after and the recent event of walking out of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's movie was just for the same cause.

Neil And Sonal In relationship?

That is the question which is mostly asked by the crowd when the duo walked through. Earlier Neil Nithin Mukesh had mentioned that he has finally found his lady love and his parents wanted them to get married. Although he did not mention the exact person, it was obvious that Sonal Chauhan was the lady involved. 

The duo had completed a 45-day shooting schedule at Figi for their movie '3G'. 

Although Sonal, who had made her debut through the blockbuster movie 'Jannat 2' says that she isn't ready for a commitment yet. A source close to the actress says "Sonal has denied that she is in love with Neil. She knew him hardly for four months and taking such a big decision in such a small time period would be a big mistake. She also admits that she never met Neil's parents and has no plans for getting married to anyone now."

Although the actress remained calm when Neil announced his love in public, but it seems to have stirred up the parents of Sonal and they dont wan't her to go public on this. Neil has also gone calm after this and used his tweets to clarify "For all asking… I really like and am extremely fond of @sonalchauhan7. While we’re very close friends, we’re not in a relationship,” tweeted Neil.

“She’s taking her time to decide and I respect that. Nothing more to say beyond that. Everything else is just speculation,” he added.

Mohit Chauhan gets married

One of the well known bollywood playback singer Mohit Chauhan tied the knot with Prarthana Gehlot.

Prarthana Gehlot is a Delhi-based Journalist she works with an English magazine and hails from Dehradun in Uttarakhand. 

The duo got married on 29th June 2012. The wedding was held in a hotel of the state tourism department at Barog, a district in Salon, Shimla. The wedding was a quiet and private affair. The media was not allowed to enter the venue. No one from the film industry was seen at the venue.

A source said that the marriage was solemnised Friday evening at a hotel in Barog, near Kasauli hills in Solan district. The wedding guest list included only the singer's close friends and family members. 48 year old Mohit Chauhan arrived at the wedding venue dressed in a golden sherwani.

Mohit is born to Krishana Rana and BK Rana and he belongs to Nahan in Sirmaur district, Himachal Pradesh. He got his postgraduate degree in Geology from Dharamsala. He started his music career as the lead singer for the Dharamsala-based band, The Hijackers, doing stage shows. But he had his first brush with success with the song "Dooba Dooba" from the Silk Route band's album Boondhein.

His career in Bollywood began in 2005 when he sang “Guncha Koi” in the movie "Main, Meri Patni... Aur Woh!". His songs "Khoon Chala" and "Masakali" from the films Rang De Basanti and Delhi-6, composed by Rahman and "Tum Se Hi" from the film Jab We Met, composed by Pritam, were successful. But the high point of his career was Rockstar in which he sang most of the songs including Saddaa haq, Hawaa hawaa and Jo bhi main. He has mostly sung popular English tracks or self-composed Hindi songs. Mohit has also popularised ‘pahari’ or folk music from the hills.

Esha gets married

Star kid Esha Deol got married to Bandra based diamond merchant Bharat Takhtani on 29th June, 2012 at the Hare Rama Hare Krishna temple which is located at Juhu. Esha Deol tied the knot Bharat Takhtani in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony.

Bharat came to the venue on a white horse after which Hema Malini and Dharmendra welcomed the groom with aarti and garlands at the temple. After which Esha and Bharat exchanged garlands. A priest from the Tirupati temple at Andhra Pradesh was bought to Mumbai by Hema Malini to perform the rites for the wedding. The wedding rites were all South Indian which also included the vratham ceremony where a sacred yellow thread is tied on the wrists of the bride and groom and they are not permitted to leave the marriage venue. The 'palika' ceremony (sprinkling of nine varieties of grains) for the prosperity of the couple's new life together is conducted simultaneously with the 'vratham'. 

Esha was carried in a doli decorated by flowers. The rites and rituals also included the oonjal ceremony, kanyadhanam, saptapadhi. Abhay Deol performed the laaja homam, where the bride gives an offering of puffed rice to the fire. The bidaai took place in the evening from Hema Malini's Juhu residence.

Hema Malini was seen wearing a pink and orange Kanjeevaram saree along with a Vishnu Dasavataram gold and gem-studded necklace and her husband Dharmendra wore a beige suit with a pale blue shirt. Bharat wore an off-white sherwani with a brown brocade jacket in South Indian style with a stole. Esha Deol was looking gorgeoud in a red and gold Kanjeevaram saree. The saree was specially created out of three Kanjeevaram sarees selected by Hema Malini and Neeta Lulla from Chennai. Hema Malini, her daughters Esha and Ahana and Bharat all wore outfits which were designed by Neeta Lulla.

The wedding venue at Hare Rama Hare Krishna temple was the Padma Palace. It is said that the Padma Palace is a replica of the spot where Krishna and Rukmini had got married in Dwarka. The mandap was decorated with garlands of orange marigolds and pink lotuses. Huge balls of yellow and orange marigolds and pink and orange fluorescent lights also decorated the Palace. There were silver chairs for the parents, while Esha and Bharat sat on cream coloured seats.

Several B-town celebraties were present at the ceremony which included Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, Nita Ambani, Subrata Roy, Rani Mukerji, Anu Malik, Fardeen Khan, Vinod and Kavita Khanna and Vyjayanthi-mala (who specially flew down from Chennai to bless the couple). 

Abhay Deol said that, "I am very much happy for Esha...it is a very happy occasion for all of us. I am happy that she is getting settled."

Actor Manoj Kumar said that, "I am here as a family member to give my blessings to the couple."

Actress Vyjayanthimala said, "wonderful couple"

During the wedding special coconut water with rose petals and watermelon juice was served along with an assortment of vegetarian snacks after which a lavish lunch was served on the temple premises.

The reception will take place on 30th June, 2012 at a suburban five-star hotel. It is expected to be attended by more than a thousand guests, comprising Hema Malini and Dharmendra’s contacts from politics, business and the film industy (both Bollywood and South Indian).

Esha Deol to marry in a temple

Actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra's elder daughter Esha Deol is all set to tie the knot with her fiance Bharat Takhtani on 29th June 2012. Buzz is that the wedding will  be held at a temple located in suburban Mumbai.

Hema Malini said that, “We are very happy and excited. The preparations have started. The wedding will take place on June 29 at a temple. We wanted to have the wedding in a temple”.

She added, "It is not possible to have the wedding at our home. We chose a temple because it is a perfect place for matrimony. We want the wedding to be a comparatively private affair with relatives and close friends from both sides in attendance."

The wedding is likely to be a private affair which will then be followed by a grand reception on the next day. The reception will be held on 30th June at a suburban five star hotel where big shots from both Bollywood and political background will be present.  

Hema Malini said that, "We both lead a double life. We are actors and politicians. So we'll have lots of guests at the reception from the film industry and politics. The reception will take place on June 30 at a five star hotel. We just want best wishes and love from everyone.”

She added, "Mine was a very quiet wedding, with no shor-sharaba. I want an elaborate wedding for my daughter. Dharamji and I need everyone's good wishes." 

Esha Deol and Bharat Takhtani, a Bandra based businessman were dating each other for 13 months. The couple was often spotted together at the hot spots of the city. Esha Deol then got engaged to Bharat on 12th February 2012 at Hema Malini and Dharmendra's bungalow in Juhu.

John to tie the knot this year !!!!

It seems after the success of Vicy Donar, John Abraham has decided to settle down in life. Yes, John Abraham has finally decided to get married to Priya Runchal this year. 

John said that, "Priya and I have decided to tie the knot this year."

John met Priya last April and since then were spotted together at various occasions. He said that, "I met Priya through a common friend, there was an instant connection. I can talk to her about anything. Ours is a very honest relationship. We can tell each other everything. That's a benchmark for a healthy relationship."

John admitted that he knew Priya was ‘the one’ just two months after he started dating her. However, there were rumours that the two got married in Los Angeles a few months ago.

John said that the two wanted a small and a private affair. He said that, "I know it will be this year, but I don`t know when. It could be in a few months or a few weeks. I am a very impulsive guy. So I might decide to get married next week! It's possible that our wedding may have just 10 people, if we include close family." 

It will be a registered wedding. There will not be a religious ceremony because he is "an atheist bordering on being agnostic."

Previously John was in a relationship with Bipasha Basu for eight years. Ever since he broke up with his ex girlfriend Bipasha Basu, actor turned producer John Abraham has always been in the news with his rumoured affair with a banker, Priya Runchal and John has always remained tight-lipped about it.

Another Big Fat Indian Wedding !!!

Dheeraj Deshmukh (S/o Vilas Rao Deshmukh and brother of actor Ritesh Deshmukh)  tied the knot with Honey Bhagnani ( D/o Vashu Bhagnani and sister of Jackky Bhagnani) at the Grand Hyatt in Mumbai on February 27, 2012.

The sangeet ceremony took place at the same venue on Saturday night, the Bhagnani’s had an elaborate mehendi ritual in place at Hotel Taj Lands End. The wedding was a Maharashtrian affair, while the ceremonies were a mix of both Maharashtrian and Sindhi traditions, which was later followed by a grand reception held at The Grand Hyatt.

Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza were baraatis at Dhiraj Deshmukh’s wedding.  The groom, Dheeraj, made an impact with his entry into the premises on a horse, as Amit Deshmukh and other family members danced merrily. Ritesh and Genelia danced and showed off their movies to the beats of dhols at brother Dheeraj's wedding. Deepshikha the bride was looking happy. Deepshikha's parents Vashu and Puja Bhagnani along with her brother Jackky welcomed the baraatis. The bride and groom were dressed in traditional Maharashtrian finery.

Actor Ritesh Deshmukh and actress Geneilia D Souza, who tied the knot on February 4, 2012 postponed their honeymoon plans to attend this wedding. People from both B-town and Political side were present to bless the couple. The Naqaab Girl secretly ties the knot !!!!

Actors Sachiin Joshi and Urvashi Sharma tied the knot recently. 

Sachiin Joshi who made his debut with Aazaan, apart from being an actor is a prolific entrepreneur. He is the vice-chairman of JMJ Group. 

The couple is still under excitement of marital bliss. The excited bride said, "I called and asked about his plans on Valentines Day. He said that a cozy dinner would do. In fact, he even said he was busy and unsure of making it for dinner." Urvashi says they finally made it to a restaurant for dinner, when out of the blue, in typical filmi style, Sachiin got down on his knees and fished out a huge diamond ring and proposed marriage. "Imagine my shock! He was pretending the entire time. It was the best day of my life and I will never forget this year's Valentine's Day." 

Sachiin said, "She thought it would be a usual date. She was zapped at the proposal. It was an emotional moment." Sachiin and Urvashi first met through common friends at a party. Sachiin says, "We soon began going out. One day, I asked her if she was serious about a relationship with me. It's been over two years since we've been together, so marriage was the obvious next step." 

Urvashi says Sachiin has always made her feel secure. "I used to long to be with him. He is sensitive too. That is one quality I really love about him". As for Sachiin, it was Urvashi's innocent and straightforward nature that swept him off his feet. "I like her honesty. Urvashi is very transparent, very caring and very giving. It is these qualities that make her beautiful in my eyes." 

Sachiin and Urvashi are all set to have a grand wedding celebration on March 2nd, 2012. "You could call it a party or a reception. Besides family and friends, we have invited our well-wishers too. We want everyone to be a part of our joy."

Salman and John - Some marriage jokes!

The history is long and strong about how Salman Khan and John Abraham always pull together on hatred. They have a now decided to drop down the old stories and start up new. The patch up happened at the venue of Bigg Boss Season 5, when John and Akshay arrived to promote their new movie - Desi Boyz. 

As soon as two were together the fun was on, all were happy to see the two hunks of bollywood together and did crack out many jokes that was much entertaining that the Bigg Boss 5 show!

It all started when an audience present on the studio asked John about his latest comment about getting married soon.  A source said, “Everyone was really pulling John Abraham`s leg about his marriage reports in the news. John said he would like to get married and wished that it happened soon but he also told Salman to get married.”

John Abraham even suggested Salman to fix up his wedding on the same day as John.

Salman in his funny style said, “You at least have a girl to get married to. Whom will I get married to? There`s no one yaar!”

Soha Confirms the Royal Wedding!

There has been lot of speculations on dates, both Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor has opted to remain silent but there was definitely a strong rumor on the Royal Wedding (more), but as the dates are closing in, the mystery is slowly unwinding. The news was recently cracked by the Sister-in-law to Kareena Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan!

Speaking to the media the actress and younger sister to Saif said " They (Saif and Bebo) have been together for some time and their relationship has grown. I can hardly wait for their wedding next year, there will be a number of functions and I am excited on what to wear".

The update on wedding is that Ritu Kumar is assigned to design the wedding dress for Kareena Kapoor and  the wedding rings are already ready with the groom!

Saif, who is currently working with the sci-fi movie 'Agent Vinod' which stars him opposite Kareena Kapoor Said "This year we are focusing on movies and next year we will talk about marriage!"

Kareena Speaks on Marriage!

When the rumor gets strong, even the toughest gets talking. This has been not different to Kareena Kapoor, who has evaded most of the queries about her relationships or the news on marriage has finally decided to speak up. She has mentioned that the marriage is surely in the list but the date is not yet confirmed. Both she and Saif are busy with the works so far and cannot decide on a date at the moment. 

Kareena is having a busy schedule and there should be more to come with the much talked about 'Heroine' movie which is a dream project for Madhur Bhandarkar and the other movie around is Ekta Kapoor's 'Once Upon a time in Mumbai 2' which is currently progressing in discussions. Both these movies might keep Bebo busy until mid of next year, and this was in recent past that the rumor of marriage got spread(more).

When asked about the movie Heroine, Kareena Kapoor confirmed that there had been serious discussions but nothing has been finalized or signed for, and she did mention that she is discussing her role in Once upon a mumbai 2 role with Milan Lutharia. She also added that Once upon a time in Mumbai is the favorite of her sister, Karisma Kapoor and Karisma is so moved with the movie that she had watched it thrice!

Freida Pinto Not Married!

The strong rumor about Frieda Pinto's marriage has been broken by herself. The news was that Frieda is going to marry her first co-star Dev Patel, the couple had acted together in the movie 'Slumdog Millionaire' and they have been thick friends since then. The talents of both actors were highly appreciated during the time and was an attraction to the Oscar circle. The closeness of the two had brought about this rumor which had been quite seriously taken in by everyone.

Yesterday, Frieda mentioned that she is still single and the news about her marriage is false!

She said that she were good friends and she had one of the best times of her life while shooting for Slumdog millionaire, and this bond with Dev Patel is stronger than any other friendship she have. But she mentioned that they are still separate and the answer to marriage question was no, but she also teased the media by mentioning that it doesn't mean that she wont marry him later!

So be it her DNA test (more) or the latest news, she does seem to be keeping in touch with the media and more importantly keeping the limelight!

Wedding Bells for Saif and Kareena!

After the very long live-in relationship, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor is all set to make this relationship stronger. They are planning to get the engagement ceremony done by February 2012. The news is now hot and it is said that all friends and relatives are already blocking their dates for this grand wedding.

The plan of the couple is to get engaged by Valentine's day of next year and hold their wedding by October 2012, the changes are already made to their schedule according to which the couple will be taking 10 days off during the engagement sessions and a 15 day holiday for wedding. Both are busy actors and they are trying hard to finish up their commitments by mid of 2012 so that they get enough time to free themselves for the grand ceremony.

Another highlight of this event is the fact that Bebo is keen on bringing all her friends for the ceremony which include the all three Khan's of Indian Film Industry, whom she has worked with. There has been only rare moments when these three come in together, this wedding could be special!

The agents confirm that the couple will be giving away the invitations by end of December 2011, and this might also contain the date to the wedding but we have no reports of it yet. The movie 'Agent Vinod' which stars the couple will also be released around the engagement dates, both the actors will have to struggle hard to get these in place. 

Finally the celebration will be royal, chotte Nawab, as Saif is known has a lineage from Royal family and the wedding will surely be as royal as ever!

Vidya Balan Confuses, then refuses!

Vidya Balan Married or not?

Every website had the news about Vidya Balan's marriage with Siddharth Roy Kapoor, the UTV cheif. The rumor was that they were married and the function happened secretly, the rumors went ahead that the couple had left for their honeymoon pretty soon after the marriage. The whole story came out to be a vivid imagination by the creator!

The news spread like wildfire and finally the couple had to come to the media and announce that the rumor was just as false as anything else related to the story. The secretary to Vidya mentioned this as rubbish and pure imagination of the journalist. Vidya was bit on the lighter side and mentioned that she is not yet making any wedding pics, instead she is busy making the dirty pics.

The reports confirm that she is finishing her shoot for the Milan Luthria movie, the dirty picture, in Hyderabad. Roy also confirmed that this news is sheer rubbish. He did not wish to comment more on this. 

So another vivid imagination and it did a lot good to many as the web was filled with Vidya search, including twitter and facebook. So thats the story !

We missed that bit but got the truth!

The rumor is strong as the recent divorce case of Prabhudeva got settled. The actor/dancer/director has been in news for his love affair with South Indian Actress Nayantara.

The news was that they were already married which was rubbished by Nayantara and Prabhu, but now this is serious. The wedding is said to be held at Mumbai!

The divorce case for Prabhudeva and his ex-wife Ramlatha got settled with a ransom alimony of 10 Lakh to his wife and the issue got settled in court. The kids of the pair Rishi and Aditya will inherit a farmhouse and 22 percent of the share for ECR property. He will be giving in a flat at Anna Nagar too, along with the property at Hyderabad.

Since this got settled the news of marriage with his lady love Nayantara is strong. The rumors mention that the marriage will be held at Mumbai to avoid paparazi attacks. The date should be announced as soon as Prabhu frees himself from the busy schedule. He is currently directing 'Vedi' in Tamil and 'Rowdy Rathore' in Hindi.

The bold actress was pretty strong on her statement when asked about the rumor about her marriage with Saif. Earlier it was reported that Bebo is about to get married to Saif this year. She clearly refused any statements on this regard and did mention that if they do decide to get the knot tied then press will be formally announced about this.

When asked about being stylish in her new costumes she had the reply made ready and did mention that she is conscious about her style and likes being called stylish.

Kareena and Saif are in a live-in relationship and this has been almost a year. Both have a great chemistry between each other and there are reports that Saif Ali Khan hates even his makeup man touching the Kareena tattoo that he has on his hand.

John Married Genelia!

The strongest claim for 15 mins Scene

The Pandit who did the marriage sequence in the movie claims that John and Genelia is married as per Hindu rituals and he believes them as husband and wife!

Pandit Baghwat Guruji, who was invited Vipul Amruthlal Shah, the producer of the movie 'Force' Starring John Abraham and Genelia D'souza, claimed that he recited the true mantras and did the rituals for Hindu marriage in the 15 minute long scene in the movie. He now proclaims both John and Genelia as Husband and wife.

Vipul Shah was quite upset with this rumor getting ignited and did mention that this is just another act or gimmick by the Pandit to gain fame. There has been lot of marriages happening in the Hindi Films right from the start and this doesn't mean there is a real life situation. Also the producer mentioned that he is not to blame anyone but will not tolerate any further discussions about the leading lady in the movie and will go full extend to protect her. He emphasized the point that this was totally untrue claim by the Pandit and was just another act to gain fame in a 15 minutes role that was offered.

The Movie Force is a break for John Abraham who has been not so successful in the previous year and had lost mostly on the Jhoota hi Sahi movie. This is another story from the south which had changed the style of South super star Surya. The movie portrays the life of a young police officer and his lady love.
