Big B and Sridevi Back - Khuda Gawah

Amitabh Bachchan and Sridevi Kapoor is back on screen!

After a superb and memorable hit, Khuda Gawah, the pairing of Sridevi and Amitabh has never happened. The long 18 years have passed by. We will be lucky to view the pair back doing the magic. The movie is 'English Vinglish' directed by Gauri Shinde.

The plot mentions the life of a housewife to learn English to match with her high profile husband. The role played by Amit ji is short and is of a co-passenger who travels along with Sridevi on a flight and there is a short interaction scene there.

Amit ji was so thrilled with the experience that he recently tweeted:

T 436 -Shooting today with the effervescent SriDevi after eternity almost .. for R Balki's wife's directed film 'English Vinglish"..

He also mentioned that it is his second encounter with the women power and expects women to rule the world :)

Following tweets were interesting too:

T 436 -SriDevi still the same .. spontaneous and lovely ..!!

T 436 -Gauri, R Balki's wife .. directing film .. woman power at peak .. my second experience .. eventually women will take over the world !

T 436 -On set, ratio of women to men - 10:2 ... Fun ? yes but hard task masters .. errr 'masternees' .. thats the closest Hindi equivalent !
