Nathalia Kaur : Dan Dan Girl to Jism 3 ?

After the exaggerated promos and a flaky start to the item number, most of Bollywood had forgot the Brazilian-model-turned actress Nathalia Kaur. The fall of 'Department' it also marked the failure of Nathalia. But the recent news is that Nathalia had shot for the covers of Jism 2 and the producers are impressed with her and she might get a revival in Bhatt's camp!

“When it was revealed that it was Nathalia who shot for the poster, Mahesh Bhatt saab texted me about casting her in the next installment. You just can’t ignore his suggestions,” Pooja Bhatt told Mid Day.

So that is ofcourse a positive when the director herself is revealing this. So will there be two heroines or may be three in Jism 3 ? The director confirms that there is much in demand for casting Sunny again in the next series and also people are interested to find if Bipasha comes in too.

“It is too early to tell. When I was making the second film, everyone asked if Bipasha would be in it and now everyone is asking if Sunny will be in the next. The most exciting thing for me is to create a new fantasy,” Pooja told the tabloid. "The third part will have four main players it could be two heroes, two heroines or three heroes and one heroine. We haven`t thought of the exact number of actors and actresses yet. We might repeat one of the male actors from `Jism 2`," adds in Pooja.

Pooja Bhatt further said, "Then we would go ahead with Jism 4 in 2014. It is just a coincidence that the year, ending with 3 (2013) will have Jism 3 and 4 (2014) will have Jism 4. I don’'t know how far we will take the Jism franchise. I have not planned it yet."

Speaking about the current movie Jism 2, Pooja confesses that she had her own share of fear on the success of the movie "I was anxious. The film had no big star cast, we did not have Salman Khan in the film but it did quite well at the Box Office. I was taking a bigger risk by having Sunny in my film putting her in front of a conservative crowd here. People thought with Sunny in the film, they will get to see more of sexual and sensual content but that was a myth."

She added, "The film has earned Rs 21 crore, I think we have got a great opening. Generally, filmmakers do not release their movies during Ramzan as not many people go to watch it. But this film has done well especially in places like UP, Bhopal, Punjab and others. It worked for us."

The movie was made with a minimal budget of 6-7 crores.

Is RGV the next after Gupta?

As the controversy on 'Department' continues, it is said that although Ram Gopal Varma has stopped the buzz about being seriously interfered in his creative work, it seem that the accused persons are too strong for him to handle. It is said that Sanjay Dutt and Dharam Oberoi are furious about these acts by the director and is not leaving any chances to deface his career. It is said that Sanjay and Dharam have been spreading the news about how difficult is it to work with RGV and also spreading out that RGV isn't the person who used to be the master of creativity like in earlier years. The news is spread out quite strong and it seems that this would eventually cause RGV to loose up his upcoming projects especially the much awaited 'Sarkar 3'.

Sanjay Dutt, who is close with Abhishek Bachchan is also too influential on the actor, so if the war continues between RGV and Dutt, the ultimate loss will be RGV's as he might loose his central character for 'Sarkar 3'. "Especially since Ramu has openly blamed Abhishek for getting Sanjay in the film and then opting out himself due to unavailability of dates," reveals a source, adding, "although Amitabh Bachchan has praised Ramu's so-called rogue methodology of filmmaking in the promotional interviews, he too won't be happy with the way Department failed so miserably."

"Sanjay and Dharam are mincing no words when it comes to blaming Ramu for the failure of Department. Even though the director has spoken about their interference harming the film, they are telling others that he has lost his touch, proof being his string of flops. So Sanjay and Dharam are saying it's not a viable option to work with Ramu," explains the source.

Its not that Sanjay Dutt can't do it, he has done it with Sanjay Gupta, the director for 'Shootout at Lokhandwala' where the actor and director fell out on financial issues. Since then Sanjay Dutt has been able to confront every actor going to work with Sanjay Gupta making him not launch a film since S@L. So being such a powerful actor, he literally jeopardized the career of Sanjay Gupta. He might not be able to do it to that extend but he might still be able to break the dream project of RGV.

As the source divulges, "There were reports about how Sanjay Dutt tried to take Anil Kapoor and John Abraham out of doing the film. Vivek Oberoi, who patched up with Sanjay last year, couldn't upset him and opted out of Gupta's film. If Dutt could jeopardize Gupta's career, he can sabotage Sarkar 3." Sanjay Gupta is planning to release his movie this year under Ekta Kapoor's production house.

Although officially Dharam Oberoi and Sanjay Dutt's associates claim they do not have this power to break career. "Sanjay has been in the industry for over three decades. Why would he stoop low to ask any actor to not work with a particular director? Anil Kapoor and John Abraham are working with Sanjay Gupta. So the question of Sanjay Dutt asking actors to not work with Ramu doesn't arise. People will say all sorts of things, but truth will always prevail," says Dharam Oberoi.

We will wait to see the fate of Sarkar 3!

RGV on Dutt - unprofessional and as unimaginably erratic

As the movie 'Department' nose dives, it is as if the director was waiting for it to happen. He has now started to reveal the troubles he had while making the movie and how the actor Sanjay Dutt intervened the storyline of the movie and had forced him to make changes to the screenplay. Ram Gopal Varma had high hopes when he designed the movie 'Department' but unfortunately the movie failed terribly without even making a slightest of impacts on-screen. RGV still doesn't blame anyone but himself for the failure of the movie but feels that it wouldn't have been so if Sanjay Dutt wasn't casted in the movie!

"It is dangerous to start changing the content and screenplay midway through a film because it is so easy to lose your objectivity. So when they compelled me to do that by using various coercive forces halfway through the film since I was anyway stuck, I had a professional commitment to finish the film and had to wait until now." says RGV in rage. And he explains about the failure of the movie "I am not blaming anyone except myself. The biggest mistake I made was to go to an actor as unprofessional and as unimaginably erratic as Dutt."

It is also said that Sanjay Dutt forced RGV to drop off Kangana Ranaut from the movie and he says "Yes. Dharam told me Sanjay wanted Kangana to be dropped and since it's a predominantly male-dominated action film, I didn't want to make an issue. I also wish Sanjay Dutt realises what Dharam talks behind his back and for his sake, I hope he distances himself from Oberoi before it is too late." as the director takes on Dharam Oberoi, the producer for the movie.

He words the interventions by Sanjay Dutt and co-producer Dharam Oberoi quite seriously and furiously "The problems were innumerable, ranging from Dutt's coming late to last-minute cancellation of shoots and schedules to erratically wanting to change the content of scenes in the name of creative discussions that are not to be confused with mindless interference. "

Dutt had trouble with Camera's I was using!

"Not only him, even Amitji and Rana had but when they saw the quality of the film, they were happy and they spoke about it in the media too. In fact, Amitji spoke about it as the future of cinema even after the release and the reviews. The problem wasn't about using the cameras but the way they were used in terms rapid panning, some unseen angles and some deliberately jerky moments. However, these were hardly eight to 10 shots in the film. Otherwise, usage of these cameras is prevalent the world over, including in the Oscar-winning Slumdog Millionaire." says RGV.

About the Message sent to Abhishek Bachchan

Another news that was spreading was that RGV had sent out an SMS to Abhishek Bachchan blaming him as the cause for casting Sanjay Dutt, the sms wordings is said to be "You brought this disease into my life by recommending Sanjay Dutt". When asked by TOI, RGV says "No messages happened between Abhishek and me with regard to this but the truth is that when Abhishek was supposed to do Rana's role, it was he who convinced me about Dutt against my better judgement. Later on, he couldn't do the film and I was left with Dutt. So I definitely blame Abhishek for making me go through this though it was unintentional on his part."

RGV opens up on Aamir - and Clash between them

The tiff between RGV and Aamir Khan is famous and both haven't had the time to comment on each other, but it seems that the latest interventions has made him talk about the Aamir Khan issue with his movie 'Rangeela'. He says "Aamir and me had creative differences during Rangeela but I didn't pay heed to the mistakes he pointed out. Despite Rangeela becoming a blockbuster, when I saw the film much later, I felt I had gotten away with the mistakes that he had pointed out. I genuinely believe Rangeela would have been a bigger hit had I listened to Aamir. The difference being Aamir's suggestions and observations came from a long and intense deliberation on his part and not like Dutt who was blurting out without thinking, encouraged by the likes of Dharam who pander to him for their personal benefits."

About his lost focus comments.

A lot of the media is mentioning that RGV, who has always touched the subjects which are off-beat seems to be loosing focus on his movies. When TOI asked him whether this was the case he openly rubbished the comments by saying "Since everyone has a mouth, everyone will have an opinion. The people who work with me know how focused I am and so I would advise people who are not concerned with me to rather focus on themselves instead of focusing on my focus."

Furious as he can be. RGV still feels its bad outing with Department, we hope he recovers and get back to the movies he is known better for.

Rana Daggubati turns producer

Buzz is that the Tollywood actor Rana Daggubati will soon be producing a Bollywood film.

Actor Rana Daggubati said that, "I have plans to produce movies in Hindi. There is a whole slate that we are working on...hopefully by next year we would put it in progress. Hopefully, next year you would see me producing a film in Bollywood."

He even said that he plans at the back of the mind to produce movies in Hindi but not as a remake and planning at producing good entertaining Hindi films. He hopes that by next year would like to find himself producing a film in Bollywood.

Rana Daggubati was last seen in the Hindi film Dum maro dam which was directed by Rohan Sippy. He will be next seen in the Hindi film Department which will be directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Department is slated for release on May 18th 2012.The action flick Department also stars actor Sanjay Dutt and Amitabh Bachchan.

After Tollywood and Bollywood, actor Rana Daggubati is now all set to make his debut in Tamil with director Selvaraghavan's next movie.

RGV does a fraud?

Now that is a serious accusation when it comes to RGV, but being a creative man, he has been criticized so earlier as well. The latest one is quite serious as the complainant has lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police against the ace director Ram Gopal Varma, claiming that his latest project 'Department' is being picturized without paying proper remuneration to the script writer. The complaint was made by writer Danish Raza. With the movie about to be released soon, this case can seriously affect its screening.

The writer, Danish Raza says that around June-July 2010, one Neeraj Sharma from Ramu's office contacted him to write screenplay of Department. "I met them, they looked at some of my scripts, liked my work and asked me to start work on the film," says Danish. He started with the draft of the story and after many meetings sent the first draft on July 19, 2010, "which was okayed".

"I further started work on the screenplay... Ramu worked on some scenes and we had a discussion like the normal creative process. My fee was fixed but all along, I kept asking for the contract. But they kept dilly-dallying. As a result, I stopped work and they sent me a soft copy of the contract via mail. Now I felt that they will sign the contract and I kept waiting for the hard copy which never happened and they stopped taking my calls," says Danish.

In Feb 2011, the writer says, Neeraj told him that Department was shelved due to fund issues and that Ramu has got busy with his next project, Not A Love Story. "I stopped pursuing for my payment since I felt it was now futile and I left for Delhi for my other project. But later some time I saw that the promos and stills of the movie were out. I came back to Mumbai and filed a police complaint on May 7," says Danish. "I have got all the evidence, copies of all the mails exchanged and contract mails they sent me. Then I have also got the hard copy of the script with corrections in Ramu's handwriting," the writer added. The contract is under Dream Force Enterprise.

With these claims in hand, the police investigation has started out. When the daily caught up with RGV he says he is unaware of any such writer, "I am busy mixing these days a I don't have the memory of coming across any such person. I meet at least five writers everyday. I have no idea, my office deals with all this." says RGV in his usual style.

With coming days, the case will harden its grip and hopefully we wish that this get settled and Deparment do roll out on to screens.

Big B trusts me a lot as a director : RGV

Ram Gopal Varma, one of the most outrageous directors, if one could name him so finds Amitabh Bachchan as the best of heroes that he has worked with. RGV known for handling the topics which are mostly untouched and giving the movies a different touch is happy for the trust that Big B has put upon him and he is happy that Big B has agreed for his movies. The duo has given industries best hits like Sarkar and Sarkar Raj which was a trend changer in Bollywood.

"When it comes to favourite actor, the only name I will take is Mr. Bachchan. He trusts me a lot as a director. So far it has not happened that I have approached him for a role and he has said no. Sometimes it (films) work, sometimes it doesn't. But somewhere he knows my commitment and that my work comes with lot of seriousness," the 50-year-old said.

The roles that RGV has given to Amitabh Bachchan has been challenging and has chiseled out the true actor in him and has also given him the opportunity to perform in most outrageous of roles that was ever displayed in Indian cinema, be it the role of Gabbar in 'Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag' or 'Rann' which were few of the movies which did not go well in the box office.

If you ask Ramu about whats the best movie he like about Big B, he answers quick "I honestly feel Big B's best performance is done in Nishabd," says the director.

RGV is currently finishing up the movie 'Department' which stars Big B again in a gangster role and this is expected to be a raw story on the alleged police and gangster connections. The movie also stars Sanjay Dutt, Rana Duggabati and Madhushalini who is making her debut to bollywood. The item girl Nathalia Kaur has already made the item song 'Dan Dan' famous!

Sanjay Dutt Sings for Department

Once again the mighty voice which gave life to songs like Aye Shivani or the Bole To in MunnaBhai MBBS or the famous song from Kaante will be heard as the movie Department's end credits role. The new song is a last minute addition to the mighty project from Ram Gopal Varma. It seems that after all those raunchy teasers, RGV is not full yet about the movie.

The song by Sanjay is written by Sandeep Chowta and will be choreographed by Ahmed Khan. "The peppy edgy number has been composed by Sandeep Chowta and Mr.Dutt would be recording the song in his own voice. There's no doubt that Sanjay Dutt is a major attraction after Agneepath. We want to make sure he is projected as the film's USP," adds a source.

Choreographer Ahmed Khan confirmed the shooting of the additional song for the movie, which also features Rana Daggubati and megastar Amitabh Bachchan. "Yes, we are shooting a song for Department. It's a music video to be sung by Baba (Sanjay). He and I are getting together once again after Aye Shivani in Sanjay Chhel's Khoobsurat (he sang it and I shot it). This time it's an edgy song with no dancing," Khan said.

Department is another action thriller from Ram Gopal Varma and has Sanjay Dutt, Amitabh Bachchan and Rana Duggabati as the lead roles. RGV alls brings in the new sensation 'Nathalia Kaur' from Brazil for this movie and he is adding more spices to the story. The plot of movie 'Department' might still be tangled around the underworld and its holy connection with the Police department.

We hope this is not the usual masala flick, that RGV enjoys and others fail to do so!

Dan Dan Girl on Twitter - Nathalia Kaur

The recent teasers from 'Department' has been a big hit and Ram Gopal Varma is not leaving a stone unturned before he launches his next item girl! The Brazilian girl with Indian descents, Nathalia Kaur, will make her grand debut with the movie 'Department'. RGV was again the first to welcome her to the social media and even posted her poster on twitter and added the note ""Here's welcoming the red hot 'dan dan' girl Nathalia Kaur from 'Department' to the twitter world... she's worth following to the end of the world,"

Nathalia Kaur, has been grossing low on the twitter arena though, she currently has only 1500 followers since her arrival. The steamy posters are already on RGV's facebook page, but it seems that the news of her being on twitter is spreading out low. But she shouldn't be worrying as the followers of  RGV are already getting her advertisements through his tweets, the recent one was "Watch Nathalia Kaur's 'dan dan' song teaser at the above link. The music of 'dan dan' song is by Dharam-Sandeep, lyrics by Vayu and singers Paroma and Ravindra," he wrote.

The hot teasers for 'Department' is available here

The crunchy scenes on the 16 seconds promo has been really close to what Sheila and Munni did to the screens so once the full song gets released we will be placing it over for you! Till then love Natasha and also RGV!

Ram Gopal Varma's new item girl: Nathalia Kaur

Ram Gopal Varma, who tried his best to cast porn star Sunny Leone for an item number found a better replacement. Nathalia Kaur, a brailian model who has impressed RGV so much that he just can't stop praising her.

On twitter Ram Gopal Varma confirmed that he wanted Sunny Leone to do the item number but it did not happen. He tweeted, “We were trying for Sunny Leone but by God's grace it didn't work out or else we would have lost out on someone as divine as Nathalia Kaur and I thank God for that.”

RGV has gone crazy over Nathalia's beauty so much that he can't stop praising and admiring her. He says, "In my entire career, I have never seen a woman more beautiful than Nathalia.”

He even posted, “I never hid a fact that am a devotee of womans beauty..but I havn't seen anyone more beautiful than Nathalia kaur who did dan dan song in Department. I didn't ever see a Nathalia kind of combination of a classically beautiful face with an angel like body and then so highly expressive”

RGV had previously approached Sunny Leone for the number, but the Indo-Canadian adult star did not accept his offer due to some reason. Nathalia Kaur will be seen dancing alongside Rana Daggubati and Sanjay Dutt in the item song 'Dan dan' in the film Department.
