Shahrukh Khan to be sued?

Shahrukh Khan is already facing a controversy as the release dates for Ra.One is appearing closer. The latest news is from Bangalore where a business man claims that the game on Ra.One is the original idea from his company and this was stolen to make the Ra.One game reality.

The complainant, Shakir Aga claims that he had shared the idea of the game to an US based TV artist Lida Moghagheg and this was later mailed to the Cheif Finance officer to Red Chillies Entertainment in 2010, the idea was for a mobile game with the theme. 

However, the source from Red Chillies Entertainment mentioned that this is rubbish "We haven't received any legal notice as of now, there are always going to be claims and counter claims, we haven't heard of any business man from Bangalore and also haven't received any legal notices yet". Further the person added " There are few 'I said' and 'I told' claims but there are no valid evidences to the claim and I am sure the complaint doesn't hold water" concluded the person confirming this to be a false positive.

The development of this case is highly in watch, because if the legal notice is found to be false then there can be a counter case against the complainant. The current case demands a ransom of 40 crore to settle the dispute.
