Rajesh Khanna admitted in Lilavati Hospital

Buzz is that vetron actor Rajesh Khanna has been admitted to the Lilavati hospital located in suburban Bandra, Mumbai today (Saturday). 

The actor has not been keeping well since quite some time. He was admitted after his health condition got worse with suspected stomach infection. A senior doctor from Lilavati Hospital said that, "Yes, Khanna has been admitted to our hospital."

Rajesh Khanna's wife Dimple Kapadia said that, "He is exhausted and a little weak so for better care we have brought him to the hospital." 

After his manager had claimed that he had stopped taking food for three to four days. Rajesh Khanna's son-in-law Akshay Kumar said that they are all rumours and the actor is hearty and healthy.

Two days back many of the actors worried fans had lined up outside his house Aashirwad on Carter Road in Bandra after another health scare and thats when a very weak looking Rajesh Khanna had waved to his fans from the balcony of his residence and showed them the 'V' for victory sign from the balcony of his house. He was dressed in a crisp white kurta, a stole and dark shades. With a heavily bearded look, he appeared weak.

Earlier in the month of April, Rajesh Khanna was admitted in the hospital following uneasiness and weakness.

Rajesh Khanna got married to Dimple Kapadia in the year 1973 and has two daughters from the marriage. The two split in 1984 and thereafter lived separately, but did not complete divorce proceedings. Their elder daughter Twinkle Khanna is married to Akshay and younger daughter Rinke Khanna got married to a London-based investment banker.
