Katrina Bursts!
Katrina Kaif, the name which the industry dies for was having a real bad time a year earlier but things have changed drastically for the actress both in career and in the ranking too. The actress is now in-demand for her stunning performances which started with 'Sheila Ki Jawani' and now stands up to Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, which is now regarded as a popular movie. She has worked her way a lot here and this is how the recent interview created a controversy!
When asked about her ethnicity of half-Asian and half-British, she really turned the tables out,
she mentioned that there is nothing wrong with the status she owns. She told, speaking to Times of India, that she has no trouble mentioning herself as Half Asian, she mentioned that her passport will be available at every news agency and she has never made any deliberate efforts to cover her British mother. Till this part everything went perfectly OK as the reaction was quite understandable.
Later she added that she was not the only person in the world with Half-Asian Status, she added that Rahul Gandhi, the National leader of Youth wing in the Indian National congress, is also a Half Asian with his mother coming from Italy ( Sonia Gandhi ). She mentioned that if that doesn't create a problem then why is her issue boomed. She now ranks among the top most grossers in Bollywood.
She also added that she is currently enjoying a peaceful time in her life after the whole set of struggles she had to pass through. She mentioned that she never feels inferior in India and she instead thinks that she is among a set of friends who appreciate her and fans who appreciate her beauty.
Kats had a recent hit with ZNMD and has Dhoom3 with Aamir Khan ( may be ), Ek Tha Tiger with Sallu and much more waiting release!
