No human is 'common' in my eyes - Big B

As his show, 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' reaches new heights and also gains more TRP than any running show on Indian Television, Big B is still humble to be part of this movement. The man who had revolutionized the television industry in 2000 comes back with superb again, and he says ''Koi bhi insaan chota nahin hota''. This was the slogan taken up by the new season of Kaun Banega Crorepati and Amitabh Bachchan is glad that it lives up to the reputation.

In an interview to TOI he mentioned that he is glad to be part of this production crew which has given him immense confidence through to run the show. He said "One had never imagined that even after 11 years it would still be able to garner the interests of TV audiences the way it has. There is a sense of joy and appreciation for all those that worked meticulously in putting this production together -the channel and Siddharth Basu's production house."

He said that everyone has a special skill attached to himself/herself and KBC has been a medium which has exploited this skill and has rewarded the participants. And he emphasized the fact that no human is common in his eyes. When asked about the competition he had from leading stars like Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt with their own shows, Amit ji mentioned that there was nothing wrong with his show and was still running good. He said "I never came across any so called comparisons, and quite honestly these delusions exist in the minds of the media only.But all the stars you mention have a great following and standing in our industry and would not have been chosen for their respective programmes if they were not considered competent enough. Yes, I have watched all their shows, and each one has his own unique presence. They all were and are very good."

The show is already breaking the TRP charts and it is still the number one show. Amitabh Bachchan also confirmed that he is charted for the next season of KBC as well. When asked about the TRP's and his opinion, he said "I am afraid I have not been able to understand the whole TRP business and have no idea how it functions."

Well that is how simple he is and we will be happy to see him again over the next season!
