Actress and star-kid Esha Deol gets engaged

Actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra's elder daughter Esha Deol got engaged to her long-time boyfriend Bharat Takhtani, a Bandra based businessman who she has been dating for the last 13 months. They exchanged rings on Sunday February 12, 2012, just two days before Valentines Day. 

29 year old Actress and star-kid Esha was dressed in a lovely pink saree and Bharat Takhtani looked stunning in white coat and brown trousers whereas Mother Hema was looking simply gorgeous in a yellow saree.

A traditional engagement ceremony was held at Hema Malini and Dharmendra's Juhu residence. It was totally a private affair, only close friends and family of the couple were present. Mother dearest Hema Malini couldn't stop gushing with pride having found a lovely handsome boy as her son-in-law, she surely can't wait to see her daughter married now.

She said "I have a very handsome son-in-law, we are very happy today for Esha and Bharat, he is such a lovely boy, very nice and he is perfectly matching to Esha."

When asked about the marriage dates, Hema said, "It will happen soon and we will make an announcement." Even though father Dharam choose to stay in the background Jaya Bachan dropped by to bless the couple.It was not exactly the grand affair that we heard Esha apparently wanted but we can hope that the wedding will surely be one.

Heres hoping Esha Deol is alot more successful in her next role in that of a wife.
