Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at Dubai World Cup

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen at the Dubai World Cup to present Most Elegant Lady prize.

At the presentation ceremony, she said, "It's wonderful to be here and see such finely dressed women in their hats and beautiful dresses." Unlike most of them Aishwarya wasn't seen in a hat or a dress but she in a completely traditional attire, she was draped in a bright orange traditional outfit with gold accents and gold flats designed by Indian Designer  Sabyasachi and golden sandals. She greeted everyone with folded hands (a namaskar). People around her gossiped about her baby weight but even with the post pregnancy weight she has put on Aishwarya just looked fab.

Aishwarya was present as Brand Ambassador of watch company Longines and presented the award to the Most Elegant Dressed Lady at the event. The Most Elegant Lady winner was chosen by style spotters put together by Longines, the luxury swiss watch maker. Caroline Coe, the winner of Most Elegant Lady title said, "I couldn't believe my eyes when she (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) walked up on stage - it was unbelievable. She is so gracious."

After Aaradhya's birth and prior to the Dubai World Cup Aishwarya made very few public appearences, one when Oprah Winfrey visited India, second at Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'souza's wedding reception and then she was seen at the party thrown by the Ambani's for Sachin Tendulkar.
