11 crores for Imran Khan

Buzz is that actor Imran Khan nephew of Mr. Perfectionist is being paid in double digits for his role in the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.

A source said that, "This time, Imran will get the girl (Sonakshi Sinha is paired with him and not Akshay Kumar) and also a double digit salary. The rumoured figure is 11 crore!"

In the sequel he will be seen playing the role of a young mafia don. Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai which was released in 2010 had Ajay Devgn and Emraan Hashmi together on screen. Their mentor-turned-rival chemistry as Sultan Mirza and Shoaib was appreciated. Producers are hoping hat the Akshay-Imran pairing works wonders for the sequel too.

So now after Rabir Kapoor among the young actors its Imran Khan who is asking for a double digit salary. It is said that Ranbir Kapoor has started asking for 23 crores and the price hike was after the movie Rockstar for which he was even recently awarded the best actor at the 13th IIFA awards which was held at Singapore.

Others actors who are getting paid double digit salaries include Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Hrithik Roshan. A source said that, "There aren't exact figures available on what the Khans, Akki and Ajay are charging, because all of them have a salary-plus-profit sharing arrangement with filmmakers and corporations."

It is said that the three big Khans and Akshay Kumar earn more than 25 crores with either a 33 per cent or 50 per cent profit sharing depending on individual contracts for each project.
