SRK completes 20 years in Bollywood

King Khan of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan has completed 20 long years in Bollywood. 

Shahrukh Khan tweeted, "Just realized 20 yrs have vanished in a glance. Been only moving cos thats important...more important perhaps than knowing where to... I'm never today sometimes yesterday sometimes the next day already.i am a time challenger moving along the trail of my dreams seen eyes open."

He added, "Now getting late for work so need to rush. Love wot Marilyn Monroe said about time....i have been on a calendar but never on time."

Born 2 November 1965 Shah Rukh Khan is known as "The King of Bollywood". Shah Rukh Khan has acted in over 70 Hindi films. His contributions to the film industry have garnered him numerous achievements including fourteen Filmfare Awards from thirty nominations. His eight Filmfare Best Actor Award wins make him the most awarded actor of all time in that category, tied only with Dilip Kumar. In 2005, the Government of India honoured him with the Padma Shri for his contributions towards Indian cinema.

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in economics, he started his career appearing in theatre and several television serials in the late 1980s. Shah Rukh Khan started his career in bollywood with the movie Deewana in the year 1992. Early in his career he was recognised for his unconventional choice of negative roles in films such as Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993) and Anjaam (1994). He later rose to prominence for playing a number of dramatic and romantic roles. In his 20 years of career in Bollywood Shahrukh gave a number of hits and is also known as the 'King of Romance' for playing the lovey-dovey guy 'Raj' and 'Rahul' in a number of romantic films. 

At present Shahrukh Khan is shooting for Yash Chopra's untitled movie in London with Katrina Kaif. The movie also stars Anushka Sharma.
