Phir Milenge was the last outing that Salman Khan had with the UTV honchos, but at the time the tides were against the ship and it sank terribly. The movie did not do the magic as it is doing now for the super Khan! Salman Khan has recovered from that fall and is being regarded as the most cost-worthy actor of the year.
The back to back 100 crore hits have put up Salman Khan in a position that he can literally rule the producers. Its also said that there are a long queue of commitments for the actor which makes him run busy through this year and the next.
In midst of this hussle, UTV is trying to bag in Salman Khan for their next script. It is said that Siddharth Roy Kapoor and Vidya Balan is trying to reach for Salman for his dates for their next movie. But due to commitments which tie him across till 2013, there is only slightest possibility that the star will commit for the movie. But it is not preventing Sid and Vidya to stop their efforts.
Salman Khan, past Dabaang, had rewritten the stardom that he had, with back to back hits with Bodyguard, Ready and he is also awaiting the release of Ek Tha Tiger, which is already declared a super hit from the promos. Also the unending affection of his fans towards the actor is also paying off at good time. Along with his efforts through 'Being Human' Salman Khan is taking his star status to a new level.
Well Done Sallu, is what even the roughest critic will say considering the box-office records that he has been breaking!
