When Katrina Kaif cried on Salman’s shoulder...

After the screening of Ek Tha Tiger at YRF studio Katrina broke down into tears. The reason: She had a vermillion on her forehead and media went crazy on seeing the same.

Speculations about her secret wedding were made.

But it was later revealed that the vermilion was nothing but a red tikka that Katrina’s business manager’s mother had applied on the actress’ forehead. Since the tikka was applied near her hair parting, the paparazzi misunderstood it as a sindoor.

"It is a ritual Katrina has observed over the years," said a source close to the actress.

The news spread everywhere and Katrina was surrounded by paparazzi. Unable to handle such craziness Katrina started crying on Salman’s shoulder giving one more chance to the media to add fodder to their gossips.

The actress was reported saying, "Why do they do this to me? Am I that kind of girl?!" she reportedly wailed. The actress made sure that the pics and videos are not circulated in the media.

Salman Khan reportedly consoled the actress and told her to learn from his life. After all he has had to face the media's fury more than many of the actors in the industry today.

Meanwhile their film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is making fresh records with each passing day!  The film which has garnered about Rs.59 crore at the box office in 3 days holds the highest ever first weekend collections record in Indian history. Ek Tha Tiger's collections were 37.5 per cent higher on the first day than the existing record of Hrithik Roshan's Agneepath set earlier this year, which clocked Rs 24 crore.
