The second dose of the second most popular version of "The Amazing Spider-man" is all set to unveil. The second installment is directed by Marc Webb and released by Columbia Pictures. Marc Webb was also the master mind to bring out a different version to the spiderman evolution apart from the much popular Tobey Maguire version of Spiderman.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is a James Vanderbilt written screenplay and this was rewritten by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci to add additional punch. The hollywood superhero movie will star Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Dane DeHaan, Campbell Scott, Embeth Davidtz, Colm Feore, Paul Giamatti and Sally Field in lead roles.
The film is scheduled to be released in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on May 2, 2014.
The movie plot goes on as :
Peter Parker continues to struggle with balancing his life as a high school student, and his responsibilities as Spider-Man. When Peter begins to investigate more about his father's past, thanks to the help of his friend Harry Osborn, he begins to realize that the new threats of Electro and the Rhino all have one thing in common: OsCorp.
We've always known that Spider-Man's most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead. It's great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there's no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.
