Kareena officially approached for Heroine!

Madhur Puts in a Clear Stance

Director Madhur Bhandarkar has cleared off the air while the speculations and confirmations of Kareena being included in the movie 'Heroine' is quite strongly rumored. He said that there is no such approach from the makes of the movie and this stand stays still. But if we were to go by the media we can surely expect some change in his thoughts and a change in what he mentioned.

Sources said that UTV's CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur and the writer of the film Niranjan Iyengar went to Hyderabad to meet Kareena, who is currently in the city with her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan. The actress has reportedly agreed to do the film after the filmmakers agreed to change the script. She is now ready to do drinking and smoking scenes, while the makers gave in to he wish of toning down the explicit lovemaking scenes with Arjun Rampal and Arunoday Singh.

It may be recalled that Madhur Bhandarkar almost shelved Heroine following Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's ouster from the film after shooting for about a couple of weeks. The actress was dropped from the film after her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan made her pregnancy public.
