Kareena Kapoor: Brand Ambassador of Alpenliebe

Actress Kareena Kapoor will be seen endorsing a chocolate brand. She has been signed as a brand ambassador by a leading confectionery giant for its new Alpenliebe 2 Choco Eclairs brand. 

The brand has been introduced by confectionery major Perfetti Van Melle India (PVMI). Perfetti Van Melle India (PVMI) said that, "Kareena will feature in the launch TV commercial of Alpenliebe 2 Choco Eclairs and also in all mobile and internet campaigns of the brand." and he added that, "Today's youth identify Kapoor as a style icon and she fitted perfectly with the company's product which promises consumers a great indulgent experience."

A fully-owned subsidiary of the global confectionery conglomerate, Perfetti Van Melle (PVMI) started its operations in India in the year 1994. PVMI is one of the leading players in the organised confectionery business in India. It currently has a diverse portfolio of brands across segments including candies and gums, which it sells through various retail channels across the country.

Kareena said that, "Alpenliebe is one of India's most loved brands and this innovative product under Alpenliebe has given me the opportunity to work on an exciting new campaign." 

It is said that Kareena Kapoor has signed the contract for a period of two years.
