She potrayed that she had many offers in hands but was considering carefully which to choose from. Manisha did not mention any names related to the films she has taken up as she didn’t want to disclose the details till the filmmakers made an official announcement.

On 19th June, 2010 she got married to a Nepali businessman, Samrat Dahal who is seven years younger to her.

Recently there were even rumours that the story of Madhur Bhandarkar's movie 'Heroine' starring Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal is based on Manisha Koirala's life but the filmmaker Madhur however denied and when Manisha was asked about the same she said she hopes Madhur Bhandarkar knows her well enough to actually make a movie on her life.
