Anushka owner of three new flats

Anushka Sharma brought three flats on the 20th floor of Badrinath Towers in Versova area in Mumbai.

The actress plans to convert all the three flats into a single apartment and it altogether spreads across 6000 square feet area. A source said, "The property is said to be worth Rs 10 crore. She hopes to move into her new home in around six months time after the place is properly furnished."

Badrinath Towers in Versova is a ten minute walk from Panchvatika apartments at Panch Marg off Yari Road where she currently stays. Anushka has been staying at Panchvatika Apartments ever since she made her debut in Bollywood and she has also been looking for a bigger house since quite some time.

Anushka's friend said, "She is very happy now that her search has finally ended. That too in a neighbourhood she is familiar with and she wanted the top floor as that would give her a lot of privacy."

Her friend added, "Anushka's mum and dad used to stay in Nagpur. With her dad - an army personnel, having retired recently, her parents have now shifted to Mumbai. Currently, they are staying with her at Panchvatika Apartments. Although it's a three-BHK, it isn't too spacious. Anushka wants the best for her family."

The work on the interiors of Anushka's new house will begin very soon and will take around five to six months, after which she can shift to her new residence. The actress is taking a lot of interest in the interiors, she is even holding meetings with designers and discussing every tiny bit of her new house.
