Gionee, the chinese smartphone maker, launched a quad core smartphone in India called as the Pioneer P3. The smartphone is available at a price of Rs.7499 in retail stores. The features of the phone are:
- It has a 4.3 inch WGVA display with a 800*400 pixel resolution which supports 16 million colours.
- It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly operating system.
- It has 4GB of internal storage and the memory can be expanded upto 32GB via micro SD card.
*Pioneer P3 has a 5 mega pixel rear camera as well as a VGA front camera. - It is powered by 1700 mAh battery which can survive 8-12 hours of talktime and 10-12 days on standby mode.
- It has a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 512MB RAM.
- The connectivity of the phone includes dual sim (GSM+GSM),3G support,Wi-Fi,bluetooth and GPS.
- It offers additional features such as gesture recognition,smile detection, geotagging, panoramic view etc.
The handset is offered in black and white colour.
