Google's Android Smart Watch Leaked : Android Police

Androidpolice.com has created a wave as it is currently showing the leaked images of the famous Google smartwatch, which seems to have been the original concept of Google when it acquired Motorola before giving it to Lenovo. The images, as the website claims is seems to show the watch which was existent right from 2013!

 It's important to note that what we are looking at here is a prototype, not a finished product. The photos we have are of a model believed to exist in 2013. It is likely that, had this become a real product, consumers would have seen significant hardware and software differences. First, let's look at the photos.

The display is shows 3Bit Mode apps which may be a indication of apps working in 8 color mode and will also have a slot for USB connection on the wrist band.

Pompeii (2014) Hollywood Movie Official : Teasers, Trailers, Movie Clips

The much awaited Hollywood action movie will Pompeii will release this Friday, the 21st of February 2014. Pompeii is labelled as disaster-adventure film and is produced and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson. Pompeii is action packed and if the rumors are to be believed the actors had to undergo as rigorous training as in Gladiator(film).

What The Fish (2013) Bollywood Movie Official : Video Songs, Movie Clips [HD]

Presenting the movie page for the comical Bollywood movie, What The Fish, we are presenting the video songs of the movie which went out to do a decent business. Although critics had two minds on whether people did watch it or not. Dimple Kapadia is mentioned to be the only good part in the movie!

The movie plot is hilarious, Sudha Mishra (Maasiji) who is a 67 years old, divorced and grumpy woman with enormous energy and the ability to live in the present has just come back to her home in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. She is a mother to a confused and angry young man who has given up a career in television direction and her divorced husband is a playboy in L.A .

While she was away, Sumit, her niece's fiance was given the responsibility to take care of the house and was clearly instructed to feed the fish & water the plants. His marriage was hinging on this.

At the end of the holiday when Sudha reaches her quaint house and starts it's inspection with detective accuracy. Had the fish been fed? Had her plants been watered? She reaches the alcove with her beloved crystal fish bowl and collection of money plants. Everything seems to be in order but is it? As she opens her bedroom door she is taken aback by a woman rushing past her.

Sumit had thrown the helluva party for all his friends at Sudha's house and broken all the rules as instructed by her and also handed over the house to an eloping couple, who then handed it over to a miscreant property broker. The house is then taken over by a Haryanvi Jaat who is a cross dressing Kathak Dancer, followed by a tribal family from Mizoram.

What ensues is a recap of the events that took place beginning from when Sudha left her house in Sumit's hands. The mystery unravels almost as a game of Chinese Whisper.

Sony Xperia Z1 Compact Launched In India : Feature Packed, 20.7 MP Camera, 2.2Ghz Quad core processor

Another Qualcom snapdragon powered phone and this time its Sony that is bringing out the race to Indian market. The phone is tremendously packed with features which every enthusiast will want from the mid-premium phone. Priced just about the same as Nexus and LG the phone will be available for ₹. 36, 990.

Sony Xperia Z1 compact is a 4.3 inch HD display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 2.2 GHz quad-core CPU with 2 GB RAM. This device is also waterproof and dust resistant. This device also supports 4G/LTE.

Another surprising element in the phone is the whooping 20.7MP CMOS sensor camera, with the Sony's prestigious Exmor RS for mobiles. So stunning pictures is a guarantee and the price range is inviting for potential buyers as well.

The camera will also have other features like time shift burst with 61 frames in just two seconds, info-eye visual search, social live and augmented reality extensions. It has 2 megapixels front facing HD camera.

Lenovo, gaining on with the deal with Google, is now taking a dig at the popular online shopping portals - Flipkart, SnapDeal and Amazon.in - claiming that they are not authorized resellers and even goes to an extend to warn buyers to ensure that they are getting a genuine product.

The news was broken by TOI when it reported that Director, Smartphones for Lenovo India, Sudhin Mathur said the above comment, to quote his words "What we have noticed in the past few months is that some of these sites, and largely due to a marketplace kind of a set up, there are a lot of resellers that have cropped up, which are selling at very low predatory prices. These we believe may or may not be an authorised or genuine products,"

He added that the company has issued an advisory with a list of all authorised stores and genuine partners.

"E-commerce websites like Snapdeal, Flipkart and Amazon.in are not authorised Lenovo resellers. We encourage you to check your warranty entitlements when you buy from these websites," Lenovo said in the advisory on its website.

So what is the tactics Lenovo? You are mad that people are selling at a lower price than your expected offline prices? People who have purchased from these online portals will have their own testimony, except for odd cases, there hasn't been any serious complaints or grey products sent out by these brands.

So we will have to watch the market further to see how the scare tactics work! But one thing we are sure, the price cuts are provided for genuine products and there hasn't been no breach in warranty for the phones that we have purchased over the online portals!

Snapdeal and Amazon did comment on the issue and we are quoting their statements from TOI:

 When contacted, Snapdeal said it takes "utmost care" to list products only by those sellers who have the necessary authorisation to sell these products.

"Customers can rest assured that all the products including Lenovo and Toshiba products which are available on Snapdeal.com are genuine and eligible for warranty," a Snapdeal spokesperson said.

According to an Amazon India spokesperson, sellers are "contractually obligated to list genuine products" with manufacturer warranty. This applies to all brands, it added.
