Yes we are fake BoseDK claims - says Aamir!

Ever since the release of Delhi Belly there has been lots of controversies, starting from the 'A' certification to the words in use. Now the latest controversy is for the use of the word 'BoseDK' which is claimed to be the trademark and brand name for the artist duo Jiten Tukral and Sumir Tagra. The duo artists have asked to give them the credit for the use of the word in the movie.

The artists seems to have produced a series of paintings under the name BoseDK and according to the managers of the artists they are currently organizing an exhibition under the same name. The word seems to have been copyrighted to the Duo. The word has been in use by the artists since 2005 and they have been using the key word for the past half decades.

On the event of this, there was a press conference held to clarify the word usage and Aamir Khan has expressed that there does exist creative conflicts between the usage and this has been rectified. Aamir also got backing the duo mentioning that they were not compelling him and he totally understands the space they are asking for. He also confirmed that there is no copyright by Delhi Belly team on the word and he went ahead mentioning that he is the fake BoseDK and actually he is the DKBose!

Gagar and Gagar associates representing the artist duo confirmed that they were not demanding a monetary compensation but a public acknowledgment to the usage of the copyrighted word by the duo.

So much for a hit movie!
