Arshad Warsi is all plans for the new year. He had been much appreciated for his role in the movie Ishqiya in which he shared screen with Naseerudin Shah and Vidya Balan. The movie makers are now planning a sequel to it and it should be on the table pretty soon.
In a recent twitter post, Arshad Warsi mentioned " Spent New Year's (eve) chatting with Vishal Bhardwaj and Abhishek Chaubey, looks like ISHQIYA 2 is gonna be a cult movie... different in every sense,"
He is set to play a rustic guy once again. In the first instalment of "Ishqiya", which bagged four national awards, Arshad essayed Babban, a hot-blooded, lustful man, who scoffs at the idea of true romantic love. The first version had hit the screens in 2010.
