Esha Gupta resembles Angelina : Mahesh Bhatt

Now who could miss the charming face in songs of 'Jannat 2' (songs here), now we are sure that many would have thought of a similarity, but when someone like Mahesh Bhatt considers her to resemble like Angelina Jolie, there must be something strong! Yes, Mahesh Bhatt is proud of his heroine for the movie Jannat 2. Esha Gupta, the lead role player in Jannat 2 and the Indian version of Angelina Jolie is already having a great run at bollywood movies, as her movie Jannat 2 plans to release she is already busy with two new projects. 

Esha is said to have grabbed 'Raaz 3' of Vikram Bhatt, where she will be playing opposite Emraan Hashmi and another movie from Prakash Jha 'Chakravyuh' with Abhay Deol, Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpai.

As any other models, she was also shy in entering the star industry but as she says she couldn't resist the attractions of Bollywood. In a recent interview she disclosed "Now that I'm here, I'm going to make it,'. Esha hails from Delhi and she is much more serious about her acting career and talents. Esha doesn't believe in body show unlike other new comers and believes that her talent will guide her out. As for now she is doing a role of a doctor in the upcoming movie Jannat 2 and she will be doing the role of an actress in Raaz 3, as for Prakash Jha's Chakravyuh, she will be playing a uniformed cop, so she does have the variety to back her talents. But isn't she ready for sexy roles? She says "I can't shake of the image of Bipasha walking out of the water in a white dress with a soaked chiselled body. But you'll have to wait for a sexy me, till someone offers something sexy.''

Mahesh Bhat says "Esha's ethos is very Indian. She looks like Angelina Jolie but she has the flavour of India still in her. She knows that sensuality is an essential attribute of the female animal. However the mystique needs to be retained as a survival tool. Esha celebrates her feminine body and yet her ambition is rooted in real India. She has taken a quantum leap from Jannat-2 to Raaz-3 and she has a high emotional quotient and the ability to respond when she is challenged. She came back the other day from an outdoor shoot and I asked her 'how did you schedule go?' She replied, 'They thought I look like Angelina Jolie but they also commented that I act like Smita Patil.' That reveals her. That is the way she wants the world to perceive her."

So thats the story! Esha does resemble Angeline if you check those portfolio's but does she hold the acting talents? We are yet to see.
