Last year in December on the sets of Son of Sardar Ajay Devgn had played a prank on Sonakshi Sinha where he made her eat chilli paste claiming it to be gajar ka halwa.
And once again Sonakshi has fallen for another prank. Taking a cue from the title of the film, Arjan came disguised as a sardar on the set and started getting close to Sonakshi. She mistook him for a unitwallah and snapped at him to stay away from her. The prank was planned with Devgn and Dutt and it continued till she realised it was Arjan. After which she posed with him for a picture.
Son of Sardar is Arjan's first attempt at comedy after serious roles like the one in Fashion. Arjan has however done comedy roles in several Telugu films.
Son Of Sardar is an upcoming Bollywood romantic comedy film directed by Ashwani Dhir, and produced by Ajay Devgn's home production house. The film features Ajay Devgn, Juhi Chawla, Mukul Dev, Vindoo Singh, Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. The distribution rights of the movie are bought by UTV Pictures. The film is reportedly inspired from the Telugu film Maryada Ramanna. The film is scheduled for release on November 30, 2012.
