Its tough to get a perfect house for the perfectionist but the search is on, if the sources are to be believed Aamir Khan is now searching for a house or bungalow at Bandra area and preferably near Sachin's new abode. The search seems to be in full swing for an old bungalow or a plot near the area.
The source explained, "Aamir wants a place in Bandra, but he is willing to settle for a bungalow in Khar too. Although, he has got his heart set on Bandra, as he wants to be neighbours with Sachin Tendulkar. He has gone to view a couple of plots near Sachin's new house on Perry Cross Road."
"It will be a good investment. He is open to buying an old bungalow and renovating it completely," added the source.
Apparently, the actor, who already owns a flat in Marina Apartments in Union Park, has been on this quest since 2008. However, back then Aamir was reportedly keen on purchasing a residential society. Now the search is not because Aamir Khan has a smaller apartment, but he just wishes to have a bigger house with better place for his office.
Source also mentioned that Aamir Khan production team had also approached near the 22 storey apartment complex in Santa Cruz, but the plan got dropped. Now the actor is searching for a house at Bandra. "He is not ruling out shifting to a posh building. At this point, he doesn't mind either a building or a bungalow," said the actor's friend.
