Even the slightest mistake a celebrity makes get blown out of proportion, and some people just take this opportunity to create an example and forget the fact that just being a celebrity doesn't make you a new person in one day. As normal human beings we all make mistakes! It is now Shahrukh Khan who has been in midst of this crisis -

Pune based social worker Ravindra Brahme (40) has lodged a case against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan for disrespecting the national flag during the celebrations that followed the Indian cricket team’s victory in the World Cup final held on on April 2, 2011.

We did do a research on this and found the pic, but that seem to be one among hundred photos where the actor is holding the flag with respect and held high and with joy!

Bramhe talking to ibnlive, says "We have decided to start a movement against people who show disrespect to the Indian flag and if we find such people, we will start registering complaints against them without thinking of their stature," Brahme said. "“I was surfing the net when I found a clip posted by a Kannada based electronic channel showcasing Khan carrying the tricolour upside down. Later when we checked, we realized that the offence had taken place on April 3, 2011. The video shows that after India won the World Cup, Khan drove his car (MH-02 BP-7927) from his house Mannat, carrying the flag upside down,” says Bramhe.

Bramhe was the same person who had filed case against Gehna Vashisht for wrapping the Indian flag around as bikini. She had done this when Mary Com had won the bronze medal in boxing. The model was later arrested by Deccan Gymkhana police station on Saturday. For her we feel that it was a bad attempt to gain publicity.

When media asked Bramhe why he took up this one particular event, he replied, "If he indulged in such acts, the youth will also emulate him," Brahme said. "I have registered a case against Khan with the Chatushringi police station and the case has been transferred to the Bandra police station in Mumbai, where Khan resides."

Inspector (Crime) SA Nikam said, “We had registered the case, but while scrutinising the video clips we found that the offence took place in Mumbai so we had to transfer the case in Juhi or Bandra police station. They will be investigating the case.”

Its not that all glitter life for a celebrity, it has bitter experiences too! We are yet waiting the response from SRK who is out in London shooting for Yash Raj films.
